How do you read? I recently took a quiz on what type of reader I am. I think it is important to know what genre of reading suits us best so we can enjoy the material we consume. My results were that I best enjoy fictional. I agree with my quiz results completely. I like to escape while reading. My mind goes into this made up world and story to get away from reality. I really enjoy how I get invested into the alternate universe written on the pages.

What is the last thing you enjoyed reading and why?

The last thing I read that I really enjoyed was a short story about a girl who was in a controlling, and manipulative relationship. I really got into it and felt emotionally connected to it. I enjoyed it because I could relate to it. It made me feel as if I am not alone, and other people have been in similar situations, and got through it. Just as I am. She talked about how it took so much courage to let go, but once she did she was much happier. She realized that life was just better without someone manipulating her. I feel the same about my personal situation.
